Best Foot Forward
As anyone knows who collects Monster High dolls and have a Nefera in that collection, the poor girl came with one pair of shoes. Her feet are larger than her sister's feet leaving those of us with Nefera dolls with just the pair she came with -- unless you bought her nude-- in which case you have no shoes for her.
I made a couple of pair of Nefera shoes for a friend and then thought maybe I should make some for my store on etsy.
Nefera Shoes I made for my friend.
Black and Gold Heels for Nefera
Turquoise and Black Heels for Nefera
Purple and Black shoes for Nefera
The heels I made for Nefera were made with cardboard, art paper, black vinyl, air dry clay, paints, glitter nail polishes and gloss sealer.
As I get bored doing the same thing over and over I made every pair with different style heels.
Nefera shoes will be in my etsy shop in a day or two.
Cheers, PB
Hello from Finland :)
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are really beautiful. They fit really nicely to Nefera and her style. Can you make tutotrial about how you can make shoes for monsters?
Hello from Las Vegas, Nevada :)
ReplyDeleteI have thought about making a tutorial for shoes. It takes me 2-3 days to put a tutorial together. I may put one up in the future as time permits.
I know I would love it if you made a tutorial!
DeleteJust found a Draculaura doll at a local thrift shop
She's in great condition, but she didn't come with any clothes or shoes or anything (The dangers of thrift shopping...)
Anyway, a tutorial will help me to make her some decent shoes
Those shoes are lovely! Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteThanks Reece :)
Deletehave you ever tried friendly plastic for shoes (if they even still make it LOL)? i always thought that would be cool if you can still find it.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to use is a slow drying epoxy sculpt mix. I ran out, so I bought some air dry clay at Michael's. I have not used friendly plastic...hmm. I'll have to look that one up :)
DeleteLove it all!
